Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments

We at Pathways to Health value your health and your time. It is important that you keep to your prescribed treatment plan and come regularly to your appointments. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, kindly provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice by phone or email so that we may offer your appointment time to other clients.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in advance or in the case of inclement weather, clients who cancel last minute or miss an appointment with no notice will be subject to the full charges for their appointment.  Appointments that are rescheduled to a different time on the same day will not be subject to this charge.

If you have a cold, fever or the flu, please call to reschedule your appointment. Having a massage while you are sick just spreads the infection and it’s best to get the rest you need.

Paying for your session

Payments can be made by cash, check or credit card and are due at the time of your appointment.  A $25 processing fee will be charged for any return checks.

Client Referral Program

For every new client you refer, you will receive $10 off your next one-hour massage. Gift Certificates purchased for others does not constitute a “referral” and are not eligible for this discount. Discounts cannot be combined with other specials, promotions, etc.

Pathways 2 Health provides massage therapy services to clients in Melrose, Wakefield, Stoneham, Malden, Saugus and the north suburban Boston area.
