What to Expect from My One-on-One Health Coaching Program:

1. Initial Assessment: Your health journey begins with a FREE discovery call which will include a comprehensive assessment of your current health status, lifestyle, and goals. This forms the foundation of your personalized coaching plan.

2. Goal Setting: We will work together so that you can set clear, achievable health goals that align with your long-term vision.

3. Customized Plan: Based on your assessment and goals, we will then create a tailored plan that includes nutrition guidance, fitness recommendations, stress management strategies, and more.

4. Regular Sessions: We will meet on a regular basis, either in person (depending on your location) or virtually, to review progress, discuss challenges, and make necessary adjustments to your plan. Ideally this will be scheduled once every 2 weeks with a 3-month commitment but can be customized to meet your specific needs.

5. Education: I will also provide you with valuable information and resources so that you will have the knowledge to empower yourself to make healthier choices.

6. Motivation and Accountability: I will inspire and motivate you to stay on course, holding you accountable for the actions you need to take.

7. Holistic Approach: I believe that true health encompasses not only physical well-being but also mental and emotional wellness. My approach takes all aspects of your health into consideration.
